We have sourced Portuguese sangria, wines and port (of course) and devised a grazing table to create a synergy of flavours. Wine guru, Peter Boreham of Kahurangi Wines, will introduce each drink and Prof’s will let you in on the secrets behind some of the dishes on the table.
