We have sourced Portuguese sangria, wines and port (of course) and devised a grazing table to create a synergy of flavours. Wine guru, Peter Boreham of Kahurangi Wines, will introduce each drink and Prof’s will let you in on the secrets behind some of the dishes on the table.

Winter doesn't have to be gloomy, so at Prof's we have developed a number of new vibrant warming dishes. New offerings include Jamaican jerk chicken, spicy falafel with cashew nut aioli (Alex only) , lamb in a rich tomato, rosemary & garlic sauce and pork belly in an Asian inspired broth. Plus our home-made soups are ever-changing.
